Precipitable water vapour program
=================================

``fyodor`` is a Python package that requires several packages to run:
``python-netCDF4``, ``NumPy`` `\citep{harris}`,
``matplotlib`` `\citep{hunter}`, ``AstroPy``
(`\citet{astropy:2013}`, `\citet{astropy:2018}`),
``astroplan`` `\citep{astroplan2018}`, ``requests`` and
